Moving in Philadelphia
Local moves, loading and unloading, and packing. Novum lines up a vetted, licensed moving pro and gets you an upfront quote before moving day. Serving Philadelphia and surrounding Pennsylvania communities — same vetted pros, same upfront pricing, same Novum Guarantee.
Rowhomes with shared walls, flat roofs, and basement sewer laterals that back up. Old galvanized supply lines, radiators, and 100-amp panels are typical, so plumbing, electrical, flat-roof repair, and basement waterproofing lead the list. We cover Fishtown, Manayunk, Chestnut Hill, South Philly, and the rest of the Philadelphia area — see every Novum service in Philadelphia.
Every pro Novum sends is licensed, insured, and vetted — and Novum stays accountable for the job.

Moving in Philadelphia: what to know
Moving in Fishtown or South Philly usually means narrow staircases, tight rowhome doorways, and parking on crowded one-way streets, so furniture sometimes has to come through a front window. Many blocks require a temporary no-parking arrangement through the city for the truck, which is worth sorting out early. Late spring and summer fill up fast around lease turnovers and the university calendar, so booking ahead helps.
