These Terms apply when you use novumhs.com or submit a service request to Novum Home Services (“Novum,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site or submitting a request you agree to them.

1. What Novum does

Novum is a home-services request service. When you submit a request, Novum coordinates it with a service professional from its partner network, which may include affiliated companies and independent contractors, so the work can be quoted, scheduled, and performed. Novum manages scheduling and communication and is your point of contact for the request.

2. Requests and quotes

Submitting a request is not a binding order. Before any work begins you will receive a quote to review. Work starts only after you approve it. The quote and any written agreement you receive with it set out the price, scope, and terms of the work itself; where they differ from these Terms, that agreement controls.

3. Scheduling changes

If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as you can at hello@novumhs.com or 435-534-6764. Any charges that apply to late cancellations will be stated in your quote or agreement before you approve it.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and property information and describe the job as fully as you can.
• Make sure someone 18 or older is available to give access and answer questions at the appointment.
• Tell us about known hazards or conditions at the property that could affect the work.

5. If something is not right

If you have a concern about work arranged through Novum, contact us and we will work with the assigned professional to address it. Any specific commitments about corrections or remedies are set out in your quote or agreement.

6. Website use

The content on this site is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false requests.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
