Pool & Spa Service in Portland: what to know
With a short swim season, Portland pool owners focus on a June opening and a September closing, while hot tubs run year-round on covered decks in Multnomah Village and Lake Oswego. Fir needles and leaf drop clog skimmers and filters, and damp air wears on heaters and spa electrical parts. New spa wiring or heater replacement often needs an electrical permit from the city.
