Waterproofing in Atlanta
Basement waterproofing, sump pumps, drainage, and crawl space encapsulation. Novum lines up a licensed waterproofing pro with an upfront quote. Serving Atlanta and surrounding Georgia communities — same vetted pros, same upfront pricing, same Novum Guarantee.
Wood-frame homes under heavy tree canopy on red clay: tree removal, gutter cleaning, crawl-space moisture, and termite control are constant. Long cooling seasons and pollen-heavy springs keep HVAC and pressure washing busy. We cover Decatur, Virginia-Highland, Buckhead, East Atlanta, and the rest of Metro Atlanta — see every Novum service in Atlanta.
Every pro Novum sends is licensed, insured, and vetted — and Novum stays accountable for the job.

Waterproofing in Atlanta: what to know
Red clay holds water and sheds it slowly, so wet crawl spaces, musty odors, and damp basements are routine across Decatur, East Atlanta, and Marietta. Crawl space encapsulation, French drains, and regraded downspouts handle much of the problem, especially after heavy spring and summer storms. Booking work in drier fall months is easiest, and sump pump discharge or major drainage changes may require a check with local permitting.
